Teenagers have always idolized celebrities and tend to then dress like them. The latest fashion queen seems to be Miley Cyrus. And it is not just teens. If you've been hearing the name lately especially from young children and teens and you're wondering who this celebrity is, two words: "Hannah Montana". Miley Cyrus is a young teen actress who plays the dual title role on Disney's TV Series "Hannah Montana". She was even willing to take on a lesser role, like that of the "best friend" character. However, it was initially not meant to be. Disney thought she was too young, too small for the part.

The winds of change blew forth. She was called back for further additions and well, it's no surprise, she got the part. The TV series became very popular with kids between 6 and 14 and parents liked her wholesome, role model image. As she was playing a popular music icon in the series, it is to be expected that she'll also be performing outside of the series. Several concerts and soundtrack CD's came out as part of the franchise. The first CD was essentially a soundtrack while the 2nd CD was both a soundtrack as well as her first musical debut album performing as herself and not as Hannah Montana. Young girls don't have enough good heroines to look up these days. Sure, there are lots of cute girls running all over the television, but half of them seem to be on the verge of stripping off the rest of their clothes and the other half are unbelievably goody-two-shoes. I was a girl myself once, and I can still remember Punky Brewster and the girls on Full House. It just seems like now that I'm a mother, I can't seem to find the same "normal" type of characters for my daughter to watch.

I know that I am the best role model my child needs. I already do what I can to avoid some of the nastier curse words around her and find nice things to say to and about everyone. (Believe me, it's definitely a challenge sometimes.) I carefully screen her friends (and her friends' parents) to make sure she isn't going to be hanging out with the next Brittany Spears or Lindsay Lohan, but there is definitely something lacking still.

When I sit down to watch television with my not-so-little girl in the evenings, I want to find something that everyone can enjoy and something that is appropriate for everyone. This leaves out 99% of the reality shows and anything on a music channel. As far as evening television shows go, there just isn't much out there that satisfies the whole family.

Fortunately, we had a serious stroke of luck the other day. A friend, who also has a daughter too old for Dora and too young for the Housewives, stumbled across Miley Cyrus. Not only does Miley play a great character on her television show, she also is a quality person off the screen.

Onscreen Miley plays a girl who struggles with her true self and leans on her friends and family for support. She dresses appropriately, but fashionably, and looks healthy and happy. She is everything I know my daughter is and offers her a role model she might try to emulate.

Off screen, there is even more to Miley Cyrus. She is a real singer with a real solid wholesome family. She lives with her family who tries to protect her from the crazy Hollywood lifestyle and actually attends church every Sunday. Her father is a famous singer, and Miley is working to become one herself - in fact she's already there. A wholesome family girl who goes to church while following her dreams? Miley Ray Cyrus the American actress-singer-song writer hit the headlines with her role as Hannah Montana in the Disney Channel series of the same name. Cristiano Ronaldo's supposed current girlfriend, a talented actress and beautiful model, has been accused of cheating on the Manchester United star again - this time with another Premiership footballer.

Gemma was seen at the weekend with Wigan Athletic new-boy Marcus Bent, enjoying themselves at an English theme park. Just a few months ago it was alleged that Gemma was having an affair on Cristiano with Home and Away actor Mark Furze. Not long after this, Ronaldo was spotted kissing Bolywood actress Bipasha Basu. However, after these two incidents it was apparent that Ronaldo was still dating Atkinson despite the reported events.

However it appears that this time around, Gemma and Cristiano may not be a couple anymore. Another picture was recently released showing Gemma Atkinson enjoying herself out clubbing with Marcus Bent - coming not long after she was spotted at Chessington theme park, again with Premiership striker Bent.

The former Hollyoaks actress had been rumoured to be dating Cristiano Ronaldo for the past few months, although the couple have never actually been spotted together.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun newspaper, Dolores Aveiro, Cristiano Ronaldo's mum, was quoted as saying "Cristiano doesn't have a girlfriend. I put my hands in the fire as he did not go with the girl people say is his girlfriend. I don't know her and don't care if she's beautiful." Ronaldo's mum firmly believes that Gemma Atkinson is simply jealous that she can't be with Cristiano, and is trying to raise her own profile and make a name for herself by pretending to be dating the Manchester united star midfielder.

Manchester United's player of the season last year, Portuguese winger Cristiano Ronaldo has recently struck more fear in to the hearts of opposing Premiership defenders by stating that he pictures an even better season for the newly crowned Premiership Champions.

Cristiano Ronaldo was by far the best player for Manchester United last season, and was also the best player in the whole of the Premiership, scoring 23 goals on his way to securing the Premiership trophy for the Man Utd team. Ronaldo was also voted both PFA Young Player Of The Year, and PFA Players' Player Of The Year - an achievement in itself.

Despite the personal success last season round for Ronaldo, the young Portuguese star has now said that he would like to play even better for the Old Trafford side, and would like to beat last season's record of 18 Premiership goals - which was third behind Benni Mcarthy's 19 goals and Chelsea Striker Didier Drogba's 20 goal-haul.

Ronaldo went on to say "I have been in England for four years now. In my first season, I scored seven goals, in my second I scored nine, then 12 and last season I got 23. I try to improve every season".

It is quite hard to see how Cristiano Ronaldo can perform better next season at Manchester United, seeming as he played so well last season. Perhaps he will link up even better with his team-mates since the arrival of old Portuguese friend, left-winger Nani. Another new arrival is Brazilian central midfielder Anderson, and English central midfielder Owen Hargreaves. If the prolonged Carlos Tevez saga is ever resolved then the Argentinean striker might also help to improve the Man Utd team, which could in turn help Ronaldo to perform even better.

One thing which is certain is that Cristiano Ronaldo will try his best to improve both his goal scoring record and his own performances next season. The young winger has already joked with Sir Alex Ferguson about making another bet regarding how many goals he scores - this time the loser is apparently going to shave all their hair off. It is unseen whether Sir Alex or Cristiano would be willing to do this should their bet lose - so I'm sure either way he will see Ronaldo improving again as a footballer when the next season kicks off.

It mattered not. She'd look amazing wearing half a yellow foul flag.

But we are not talking total birthday suit here, just a lot of skin. In a pull-out of the mag, she reclines in a woven net hammock, all 5 ' 9 inches of her gloriousness basking in a sea green bikini. This photo while alluring did not make the cover. Why? Too much clothing! Not enough nakedness. Naked or at least topless is what sells, and naked is most definitely hot!

For full-on undress, SI offers its readers a special chapter called 'Bodypainting'. It's more than 'window dressing'. It's full on frontal, up close and and personal -- with 18 hours of layered theatrical paint. This year does not disappoint -- there are European World Cup footballers' wives, fiancees, girlfriends and according to the gossip rags, has-been wannabees painted up in their respective men's 'strips'. Under all that goop, is an ultra-10 naked body. Yikes!

Not to be outdone by the sporting world, with its Olympian women athletes, dancing stars and catwalk beauties, even Hollywood starlet Ashley Greene of the iconic Twilight franchised films gets her kit on, or off, as the case may be. Sponsor SoBe Lifewater used the same make-up artist Joanne Gair and photographer of 3 of the last 4 selected SI Swim covers Raphael Mazzucco to paint her in its logo gecko-scaled swimsuits for its debut of 'Skinsuits' and 2 new zero calorie flavors. Alice Cullen has zero inhibitions, for sure. Who cares about dying!

But the hottest and most naked of all totally drops her shell. Candy shell, that is. Miss Green, of M & M fame has appeared on SI Swim's (back) cover for years now. Not to be outshone by Ms Greene, above, our demure little sweetie loses her top shell and rolls down her bottom shell, coyly. This Miss Green's byline on her website (yes, she has a website, Twitter, Facebook accounts and even background wallpaper, plus nearly 8000 friends, for crimminy-sakes!) is ' I melt for no one.'

Looking at Bar Refaeli's picture on the cover of 2009 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue will make young and older men want to whip out their wallets and buy the magazine to get a better look at this beauty while younger girls who doesn't have the so called ideal attribute to model for such a coveted media may feel deprived and that alone can have a big impact on their self-confidence in their young adult life. These teen in order to grow and become successful adults must learn to accept their genetic and the way they are made physically. Thanks God, there are more and more magazines such as Vogue and Glamour featuring models of different size and ethnicity.

On the men side, action figure heroes have always been depicted as tall and well built men such as 6 foot 4 Christopher Reeves in Superman and tall and very muscular Arnold Schwarzenegger in Conan. Young adult men under 6 feet would have their ego terribly shattered at the notion that they were not fit to be a superhero. The very thought that their own kids could not possibly see them as a role model for a fictional action movie can have a terrible effect on their self-esteem and self-confidence.

There is nothing wrong in looking sure of yourself! Never allow anyone to make them feel inferior. Always speak positively about themselves.

Teach them that no one is perfect, we all have insecurities. Even the most successful person have insecurities. They have overcome their insecurity in order to become successful. Once you have identify your insecurity, find a way to gradually get over it and move on.

Teach them to always be themselves! Every one is unique. They can have someone that they like, such as a role model but in the end they have to let the world see their own self. They have to let their star shine!

I think that I shall never see a poem as lovely as a tree. Though the famous words panned by Joyce Kilmer many years ago. Now Joyce, in this case happens to be a guy's name. He died in 1918 so you can figure out why he was talking only about poems back then, and that is because he never got the swimsuit issue of Sports Illustrated magazine.

The Israel National trail, spanning 620 miles from north to south of Israel, encompasses most of Israels most significant and beautiful hiking trails. It is no wonder then, that the best day hikes are found on the trail. Here are the 10 best day hikes for individuals and families looking for hiking Israel. Rating the best day trips on the Israel National Trail is not an easy task. If I had to write about only one trip, Karbolet Mountain would win the prize. Many hikers find this the most beautiful day on the trail, but it is also the most challenging one. The common opinion is that the Negev desert is the most beautiful part of the trail. The Negev is my own personal favorite as well. 75% of Israelis agree with me.

When hiking through the desert you sometimes get the feeling of being alone in front of the earth and god. The Negev night sky is different; it has many more stars than any other area due to low population and low light pollution. The sight is astonishing. Waking up to a cool desert morning feels like nothing else. Everything is blissfully quiet. I will recommend 5 trails in the Negev area, and five north of Arad. In my personal opinion these are all nicer than those in the northern part of Israel, but they are not arranged in order of preference (except for mount Karbolet which I will write about first).

If not stated otherwise, you can approach the start and end of the day hike with private vehicle or taxi. Logistics of getting there and back would usually be driving your car to one end, and pick up by taxi back to your car on the other end. All trails are described walking north to north.

Honestly... this is the hardest hitting news for me and here I was hoping to see "Megan wearing tank-top and hot-pants transform into Megan wearing micro bikini" in the third installment of Transformers.

Well, it seems that Fox was cut from the casting of Transformers 3 which was confirmed by Paramount. According to online sources, the 'love-hate' relationship between Fox and director Michael Bay may have been the cause of why Fox was dropped from the film. However, the source had explained that in order to take Sam (LaBeouf) to a new direction in the film's plot, they decided to take Mikaela (Fox) out of the picture.

Apparently, the bombshell has been claiming that Bay is wonderful when not on set but a tyrant on set, even comparing him to 'Hitler' and 'Napoleon'. Michael Bay stated that he doesn't condone Megan's remarks about him and added that he still love working with her.

Well, guys... will Transformers 3 be as big as the previous installments, now that Fox is out of the picture and will Fox's career survive without Transformers?

The movie 'Jennifer's Body', where Jennifer (Fox) came back from the dead as a hot sexy demon chick, didn't really made it big, earning a mere $16.2 million domestically.

The movie 'Jonah Hex', which will be in theaters soon, will definitely be the defining point for Fox and we will find out if she can survive without Michael Bay's Transformers.

No matter how good Transformers 3 does in the box-office, I believe a lot of guys around the world will miss Megan's... err... Megan Fox in the franchise.

Megan Fox is a gifted actress who began her acting career with the film Holiday in the Sun, later appearing in the films Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, Crimes of Fashion, and the TV series The Help. She is well known for her roles on the television series Hope & Faith and in the 2007 live-action film Transformers.

Fox has been outspoken in her self-identification as a bisexual. According to Ben, he was the one who broke it off after Megan landed her first big part.

Leahy also says he finds Megan's story that she had an affair with a Russian stripper named Nikita completely plausible, though, and said that Megan always had a thing for women, particularly Angelina Jolie. He went on to say that there were many times she would look at magazines for hours pointing out which actresses she thought were hot. She seemed to love women who were not conventionally pretty but apparently gifted and looked like they were into anything.

He said that Megan loved looking at women's bodies and that she just had no inhibitions and often spoke about the fact she liked to fantasize about being with a woman. So he was not in the slightest bit shocked that one of the first people she slept with after their relationship ended was a woman.

Megan and Leahy spent every minute together and she loved doing anything and everything with him. She used to go fishing and surfing, total boys things which Megan loved but Megan also knew how to drive him wild with her female charms.

As the pair grew older Ben got to see more of Megan's body when she would creep out late at night to be with the boy she loved.

Leahy says that although he did not have much money for gifts they had some amazing nights laying under the stars and that sometimes she would giggle and shriek with laughter knowing that while her parents were in bed she was outside doing all sorts with me. She loved doing anything which was naughty and since they were each others first love the times they were together were extra special since they were doing things together we had never done before. He says spending time with her was a real gift.

Megan Fox just may be the sexiest woman in Hollywood. I'm not just saying this because she has an outstanding body or amazing looks. I believe that she has an attractive "vibe" about her as well. Let's compare her to Angelina Jolie...

Angelina Jolie takes herself way too seriously! I have pointed this out to many of my female friends and they tell me that "I'm afraid of a powerful woman". This isn't true at all. Men just like a woman with a good positive vibe about her. Angelina doesn't have that cheerful aura about her. Megan seems like she would be a lot more fun to hang out with.

Age really doesn't have anything to do with it. Megan is in her early 20's and Angelina is in her early 30's. This is a 10 year age difference, but it is not why men are more drawn to Fox. There is something to be said about the positive energy of youth, but even when Angelina was younger she seemed to take herself too seriously. More than anything she needs to smile a bit more.

Angelina Jolie comes from a "Hollywood Family". Her dad is Jon Voight who was doing movies years before she was born. There is something to be said for a self-made star. Megan was born in Tenessee in a small family and began acting when she was 13. She began trained in acting and modeling at the age of 5. It took her 8 years before she got noticed. I'm sure her stunning looks helped, but it wasn't like she was an "overnight sensation".

Many women point to the work she has had done. Apparently she has had a couple of procedures done, but she was beautiful woman anyway. The tan and teeth whitening and the small procedures are just fine tuning. Megan Fox isn't a woman that looks plastic like Pamela Anderson. She is just flat-out sexy.

Angelina is in great shape as well, but has a tendency to get a bit too skinny. Megan Fox stays slim, but not in a way that looks unhealthy. Megan went from just being slim, to being toned for her role in Transformers. She admits to not enjoying working out, but does so anyway. If you look at her flat and toned stomach in Transformers, you realize that she did prep pretty hard for that role.

Megan Fox has glamorized tattoos the past few years and as a result indirectly endorsed body art. The impact on young people is always greater when a celebrity does something. Megan Fox's fans go to great lengths to mimic her every move, including her tattoos.

It's the same case with other celebrities and tattoo parlors will attest to an influx of new tattoos that are attributed to such stars as Angelina Jolie. It would be wrong to condemn tattoos. But it is equally wrong to look the other way when kids get tattoos because their favorite stars have them on the skin.

Megan Fox's Marilyn Monroe tattoo is a perfect example. Ms. Fox got that particular tattoo because Marilyn Monroe is her idol. Her fans on the other hand naively get the same tattoo because she has it on her arm.
